I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2015 and have been committed to proving holistic, client-centered care. Over the past 10 years, I've worked in a variety of settings including med spas, private studios, and chiropractic clinics. I now specialize in instrument-assisted mobilization (cupping/GuaSha), chronic pain management, sports massage, and injury recovery.
I believe the body has an amazing ability to heal itself and therapeutic touch supports overall wellness. I focus on creating a comfortable, warm space while also providing customized care to address individual goals.
